My introduction to horticulture and landscaping came from my mum, a keen plantswoman and natural beekeeper, who taught me the importance of plants and the natural world.
As a young teenager, I spent my weekends maintaining gardens for a number of different clients. During my summer holidays, I worked for local landscaping contractors in and around the Cotswolds, here I made good contacts with garden designers and other landscaping companies. I enjoyed working outside and I soon found that helping to transform outdoor spaces into vibrant environments provided me with a sense of personal fulfilment.
After finishing my degree in Anthropology at Bristol, I decided to set up my own company and take on garden projects. Each project that we undertake blends elements of artistry and ecology, transforming neglected or unplanned spaces into flourishing gardens. I enjoy the creative challenge of landscaping as it allows me not only to connect with nature, but also to create beautiful gardens that families can enjoy for years to come.
